Rob Longworth will tell us the history of the Trimontium Trust, and the story of the Roman fort of Trimontium and the interaction with the local peoples of Southern Scotland of the time. He will also a look at the recent £1.2 million  development of the museum and the future plans for the work of the Trust now that they hold a 25-year lease of the fort site in Newstead.
